How to use:

1. Perfect: Shake the Underglow Blurring Primer well and apply 2–3 drops to clean skin. Use your fingertips to blend it in, creating a smooth, shine-free canvas.
2. Illuminate: You have options! For an "all-over" glow, mix a drop of the Illuminator into your primer or foundation before applying.
3. Accentuate: For a high-impact finish, tap a few drops directly onto the high points of your face—cheekbones, the bridge of the nose, and your Cupid’s bow. Use your fingers to gently blend for a seamless, luxe glow that catches the light beautifully.
